This Refund Policy applies to purchases from Lore Vintage. We want you to feel confident when buying our vintage and home goods items. Because many pieces are unique, pre-owned, or antique, please read the full product description and review all photos, measurements, and condition notes before ordering.
Eligible returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and safely packaged for return. Items must be returned with any original tags, packaging, or accessories included in the listing.
Vintage item condition
Vintage items may have natural signs of age, wear, patina, repairs, or small imperfections. These details are part of their character and are not considered defects when they are described or visible in the listing. We cannot accept a return based only on normal vintage wear that was disclosed before purchase.
How to request a return
Email bellawest@me.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its listing.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us at bellawest@me.com within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item. Please include clear photos of the packaging and item so we can review the issue and help with a replacement, repair solution, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, and refunds may be reduced if an item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, or inadequately packaged.
