Welcome to LORE Vintage. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

LORE Vintage curates and sells vintage and pre‑loved home goods and decor.
Each piece is unique and may show signs of age and prior use.

2. Eligibility

To place an order on our site, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your region), and

  • Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Product Information

  • We do our best to describe and photograph each item accurately, including size, materials, and condition.

  • Because our items are vintage, small imperfections, wear, or variations in color and texture are normal.

  • Colors may appear differently on different screens. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display will show colors exactly as they are.

If you need more details about an item, please contact us before purchasing.

4. Prices & Payments

  • All prices are listed in your currency and include/exclude taxes as stated at checkout.

  • We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

If a price is clearly incorrect due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders & Acceptance

  • When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, not that it has been accepted.

  • Your order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation email.

  • We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if:

    • The item is no longer available

    • We suspect fraud or misuse

    • There is an error in pricing or product information

    If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to the locations listed at checkout.

  • Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because our items are vintage and often one‑of‑a‑kind, our return policy may be more limited than for new goods.

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is significantly not as described.

  • To request a return, contact us at email with your order number and photos.

  • Approved returns must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging (where possible).

  • Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Vintage Condition & Care

  • By purchasing from LORE Vintage, you acknowledge that items may show signs of age, wear, or prior use.

  • We recommend handling and caring for vintage items gently and according to any care instructions provided.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, handling, or care after delivery.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to LORE Vintage and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non‑commercial use of the site.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase or use of the site will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
