At Lore Vintage, we believe that beautiful things are worth waiting for. Each piece in our collection has been carefully sourced and chosen for its character, history and charm.

We take just as much care when packing your order, ensuring your vintage treasures arrive safely and ready to enjoy in their new home.
 

UK Delivery

We aim to carefully package and dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days of purchase.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Once dispatched, most UK orders should arrive within 2–5 working days, although delivery times may occasionally vary.

Where available, tracking details will be provided so you can follow your parcel's journey.
 

Packaging

Many of our pieces are delicate, fragile or one of a kind, so we take particular care with packaging.

Where possible, we reuse and recycle packaging materials. Not only is this kinder to the planet, but we rather like the idea of giving things a second life — something that sits at the very heart of Lore Vintage.

Larger & Fragile Items

Some larger, heavier or particularly delicate pieces may require specialist packaging or delivery arrangements.

Where additional shipping costs apply, these will be confirmed before purchase.

International Shipping

If you are based outside the UK and have fallen in love with something from our collection, please contact us for a shipping quotation.

International shipping costs will depend on the destination, size and weight of the item. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or local charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
 

Damaged or Missing Parcels

We take every precaution to ensure your order reaches you safely.

However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the item and packaging.

If your parcel has not arrived when expected, please let us know so we can investigate with the delivery provider.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
